garden area spacious room friendly staff coffee facilities

the location was excellent right in the heart of town inside the old walls there is a small garden area perfect for a quiet sit the staff were very helpful and always smiling and available for a quick chat the room was spacious and comfortable. i appreciated being welcomed by jade she gave great advice about parking and was consistently helpful throughout my stay all staff were friendly. the food in the pub downstairs was fine if a little unusual with unexpected sides. it was lovely to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

the internet access was not great i struggled to access some emails i needed.

lovely staff large room short walk poor internet uncomfortable sofa fresh paint

staff was really lovely and accommodating, i appreciate them helping me with my bags to the room. the room itself was quite large, and i find it very clean on arrival. location was really handy, its a short walk to the shops.

the sofa in the room was uncomfortable and i would not rate it very highly. i think that the walls require some fresh paint.

professional staff early check-in super clean room convenient stay

The staff were cute I appreciated their professionalism. I checked in earlier than expected this was very convenient. The room was super clean it had everything I wanted. I have stayed in this area many times this stay was the best.

The free wi-fi didn't reach my room on the highest floor.

staff gave me a warm welcome. my room was spacious. the bed was comfy too. The location allowed easy WALKS around the area. i had no issues leaving my cases after checking out. Plenty towels were available.
