the location was excellent right in the heart of town inside the old walls there is a small garden area perfect for a quiet sit the staff were very helpful and always smiling and available for a quick chat the room was spacious and comfortable. i appreciated being welcomed by jade she gave great advice about parking and was consistently helpful throughout my stay all staff were friendly. the food in the pub downstairs was fine if a little unusual with unexpected sides. it was lovely to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
the internet access was not great i struggled to access some emails i needed.
